Overview
Because of the pending building moratoriums and scarcity of vacant land, renovations have lately comprised almost 75% of our current construction in the Keys. Whether it be an addition to a structure or a total knockdown, Dooley Construction is capable of doing it all.
Lately, we have been doing many interiors, from totally gutting an interior and redesigning the floor space, to second floor additions. We also specialize in window and door replacement with the latest hurricane impact-resistant products. We also do kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wood floors, marble and granite.
I see renovations as our future, whether it be to bring a home up to current standards or replace it entirely.
