Palm Harbor
This premier estate, designed by a very prominent Miami architectural firm, was one of many complex but exciting building challenges. This house was basically framed in fortified steel lolly columns and I-beams for high wind resistance. Inside and out is wood-paneled for that tropical island feel. Interiors are finished in imported Caribbean hardwoods. This house boasts over 6,000 square feet of main house, a 2,200 square foot guest house, garage and caretakers quarters, a state of the art greenhouse and many outdoor palapas and chickees. Dooley Construction fabricated all of the outdoor hardwood furniture, as well as the 6,400 linear feet of Brazilian green heart dock & walkways.
Dooley Construction also has a great working relationship with the many tradesmen who fabricated all of the estate's kitchen cabinets, wet bars and entertainment centers. This location is very well published, in addition to being the set for several feature movies.
